ctxSplit is an excellent 32 Bit and 64 Bit ActiveX Controls for crafting application interfaces with discrete navigational zones. This splitter-bar component divides a selected space into two definable panes. 
     
  ctxSplit divides an area of a form into two panes, providing a graphical interface that users can dynamically resize by dragging the splitter bar left or right, up or down.
