lowered styles. |

Scroll Position Tips :
Provides automatically displayed numeric
position tips while moving the scroll
bar thumb button. The default numeric
values can be substituted with custom
text. |

Range and Increment Settings
: Allows developers to set
minimum and maximum range values for the
scroll bar and to modify the increment
by which the thumb button moves when the
scroll arrows are clicked or when the
area between the scroll arrows and the
thumb button is clicked. |
