Basic - Trial Product Users - Basic Technical Support is offered free-of-charge during the evaluation period for up to 30 days.

Standard - Registered Licensees - Standard Technical Support is free to all registered developers of current DBI products with an active maintenance subscription.

Premium - Premium Support Annual Subscription - A subscription plan available for an annual fee of $150 (USD). Premium Support requests receive the promptest and most comprehensive. If you would like to purchase the Premium Support plan, please contact our sales department. Please note that selecting premium support below without having a plan in place will delay your response and may require a re-submission of the request as a Standard type.
